Dell Customer Service

I've been thinking about acquiring a new notebook computer, and looking at various makes, models and options.  Primarily I want "small and light"; I don't really need a super-powerful machine, since, for me, it will never replace my desktop machine, and I hate lugging heavy clunky stuff around.  I have the art of "travelling light" truly sussed, being capable of leaving home for a 5-day business trip with no more than a single, small bag that doubles as my "briefcase".

I had the "brilliant" idea of looking at Dell's website, and sure enough, found a couple of suitable models.  However I had a couple of queries about the machines and how they were priced...

Shot off an email to Dell customer service five days ago.... still waiting...

I guess I won't be buying Dell.
